If you would like to be there, please fill out the form below. You will then receive an invoice, which should be paid within 14 days of receipt. If it is not possible to pay the amount in full, you are welcome to transfer half of your invoice amount, otherwise you have no right to your reserved stand space.. 

Please note that this is a legally binding contract. If you cancel or do not show up, our cancellation costs will come into effect. (Unfortunately I had to introduce it like this)

Registration, payment, cancellation and stand reservation

Space reservations and stand allocation are carried out by the organizer in the order in which written registrations are received (without a legal right to a specific space). Subletting is generally prohibited! Cancellations must be made in writing form and by registered mail
notify the organizer. 
The stand fee must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, otherwise there is no right to your reserved stand space. The organization reserves the right to admit and/or participate. If there is no more space available, you will be added to our waiting list and will be informed.

 The cancellation fees after conclusion of the contract are 50% of the total amount,

after February 1, 2025 they will be 100%
